....added Cinnamon & 1/2 apple.
One glass of water so far. 7 more to go.
But I only consumed 3 bites and 1 slice of apple. I'm saving the rest for tomorrow morning. If I get hungry I'll eat it later. If I do eat it later, my total will be 260 calories. I've lost 6 pounds in the last month.

UPDATE
I hate cravings.I just drank a cup of eggnog.
I feel like my stomach just got 10x bigger.
